Approach Meow Meow and interact with the Hexagram prompt.

On interacting, the puzzle starts immediately. Use controls LB/RB or Q/E to switch the stones and LT/RT or W/S to rotate them.

Rotate them in such a way that they refract blue light throughout the stone circle. Once done, the Meow Meow puzzle is completed.
