Find Master Qi Tonwen at his academy in the Kaifeng Suburbs - West. He is stressed about the new batches of students being worse than the previous ones.

Step 2: Find Kong Shadong

Kong Shadong, a candidate teacher, gives you the Ticket Token you need to deliver to Master Qi. He sits in the courtyard of the Zhang Quo Residence building in front of the academy, across the road.
