After reaching the marked location in Velvet Shade, speak with Zhang Shuya, who is standing with Zhang Shurui.

Step 2

Speak with Zhang Le’an, who is hiding behind the bamboos just behind Zhang Shuya.

Step 3

Give Zhang’s Money Bag to Zhang Shurui standing nearby.

Step 4

Change the time to Chou hour, then enter the red building next to where you first met Zhang Shuya. Speak with Zhang Le'an and Zhang Shuya inside to complete the quest and claim your rewards.
