A few weeks ago, tons of images of the Google Pixel 3 XL appeared online giving us an early look into what Google is lining up for launch this coming month. With about three weeks before the phone is unveiled, press renders have surfaced online, this time showing the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL side-by-side.
The two phones are dressed in Google’s fabric cases and look quite official in the renders. Like we’ve seen before, the smaller Pixel 3 has no notch and it seems the bigger Pixel 3 XL took one for the team. The renders also reveal a new Google Assistant button on the right-hand side of the Google pill at the bottom of the screen in place of the usual voice icon.

As noted, the leaked Pixel 3 renders are dressed in Google cases, meaning they are hidden out back and there’s nothing much that can be gleaned. But of course, we see a single-lens camera, LED flash and fingerprint scanner in the same position as last year’s Pixel 2.
Google will launch the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on October 9th, which is when we’ll verify how true these renders are.
