Step 1

Head to the marked location and speak with Wang Fen, who is standing directly in front of the noodle vendor.

Step 2

In order to get the Old Golden Hairpin item needed to complete this Wandering Tale, you'll have to complete the Main story quest "Unbound Cavern".

Step 3

During the "Unbound Cavern" quest, once you enter the cavern you’ll face a mini-boss called the “Faceless.” Defeat her, and you’ll automatically receive the Old Golden Hairpin.

Step 4

After obtaining the Old Golden Hairpin, return to Wang Fen and hand it to her to complete the Wandering Tale and claim your rewards.
