Step 1: Find Chen Xidong

Find Chen Xidong during day time near Fan Manor in Prosperity Haven. Talk to him to know about his keepsake.

It is locked somewhere in the East Wing of Fan Manor. Find the Eastern Room Key to unlock the Fan Manor's Eastern Wing or try some other way to get inside.

Step 3: Enter the Fan Manor

Find the Eastern Room Key on the ground floor's internal area. To get inside the building, get to the first-floor balcony and enter through the hole in the wall.

Step 4: Enter the Easter Wing of Fan Manor

Use the Eastern Room Key and find the Keepsake inside the Eastern Wing of Fan Manor. The keepsake is a Tattered Knife.

Step 5: Talk to Chief Steward Li

When you are about to leave, Chief Steward Li interrupts you. Talk to him to know about Cheng's truth. He is a thief.

Step 6: Look for Cheng Xidong

Return to Cheng's spawn point, but now he is nowhere to be seen. Talk to the little boy, Jiang Xiaomian. Give him 100 copper coins as a bribe to know about Xidong's boat's location.

Step 7: Find Chen Xidong

Go to the boat on the river near Zhao Estate to find Chen Xidong.

Step 8: Give Tattered Knife to Xidong

Find Xidong inside the boat and return his Tattered Knife to him.
