Search industrial zones and garages to find Metal Fuel Drum (rare spawn in warehouses). Collect 3 Baskets, commonly found in residential or market areas. You can also purchase baskets at the Vending Machine in Bunker.
Return to Xavier once both objectives are complete. Submit the required items to finish the quest and receive your rewards.
