Edit: Ah, scrap all that Tribute 3 leak and rumor, which we thought the new LG device LS676 is all about. Actually, it turns out LS675 exists, and that too in the form of Tribute 5 at Boost Mobile. So, it seems that LS676 is a variant of Tribute 5, and maybe it belongs to USA. But there is definitely no Tribute 3 in existence.
