Well, we just got wind of the rumor that speaks some bits about the release date of next Nexus phone, which we now know as LG Nexus 4. The word is unofficial, and comes from a French newspaper Le Figaro who have figured out that the LG Nexus 4 is scheduled to arrive to France’s SFR network in December, and more importantly, the newspaper has also learned that the LG Nexus 4 would be released globally on October 29.
We’ve known the LG Nexus 4 by LG Optimus Nexus name in all of its rumor-life, and in case you missed the drama this buddy happily went through, do make by checking out its leaked pics and specs.
There hasn’t been any announcement from Google yet, or by LG, over the LG Nexus 4, let alone confirming its existence officially. But if the October 29 launch date is anything real, it must be the case of device launching right after announcement, with the unveiling taking place at Dive Into Mobile event by AllThingsD, where Andy Rubin really enjoys talking about Android, and where Google has unveiled things before too.
But, this is rumor, and even if October 29 is real and has valid connection with LG Nexus 4, it could still turn out that there is (only) an announcement on that date, and that it starts shipping only later — which is okay, you know.
