Lava is an Indian OEM which is more popular for its budget segment than for its mid range smartphones. With that said, a mid range device going by the moniker of Lava Z10, was launched today with a price tag of INR 11,500 (buy link).
The front of the Lava Z10 features a 5-inch HD display. This provides a slightly sharper density of 294PPI over the larger display on the Lava Z25. Coming to the internals, the Z10 runs on the Mediatek MT6735 quad-core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. There’s a moderately sized 2620mAh battery on board to power the device.
On the camera side of things, the Lava Z10 sports a smaller 8MP lens on the back and a 5MP selfie camera. The front of the device also features Lava’s spotlight flash. Both the front and rear cameras feature 1.4µm sensors, enabling more light to pass through.
