Lava International is one of the few Indian origin companies who have a vested interest in the mobile market and are still churning razor-thin profits owing to their mass appeal among the Indian population. While the company has gained immense popularity in India owing to the affordable prices of its handsets and its successful marketing campaign, partnering with the Indian celebrity and cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the company now eyes a wider market and as such, has started the pre-order of its latest smartphone, the A3 Mini.

Lava Mobile Bangladesh, on their Facebook page,  announced that the A3 Mini will be available from March 11th onward and they are now taking pre-orders for the device and the first 500 customers will receive a signed shirt from the Bangladesh cricket captain, Mashrafe Mortaza.

The specifications of the Lava A3 Mini includes metal body and a Quad core Mediatek 6737T chipset. While the front of the device includes a compact 5 inch HD screen and is accompanied by a 5MP front camera, at the back of the device you will find a 13MP f2.0 rear camera with flash and a fingerprint scanner. The A3 Mini houses 2GB of RAM complemented by its 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded upto 64GB via Micro-SD card slot. The A3 Mini comes with Android 7.0 out of the box and is powered by a 2700mAh battery.

While the specs of the A3 Mini are Meh at best, the aggressive marketing strategy that LAVA has employed, might work in their favour. Although we recommend holding your horses until reviews for the device come out, if you’re curious enough, you can directly go and fill out the pre-order form completely free of cost.
