United States telecom giant, Verizon, has started rolling out software updates for LG V50 ThinQ 5G and ZTE Blade Vantage Prepaid.

Sadly, both updates do not pack any new features and only optimize devices’ performance, fix bugs, and apply the latest security patches (July 1, 2019).

The ZTE Blade’s software gets bumped to Z839V1.0.0B25, while LG V50 ThinQ 5G sees an upgrade to V450VM10e.

Like any standard update, Verizon recommends you to have a fully-charged battery and a steady Wi-Fi network or a strong Verizon Wireless network connection.

As these are incremental OTA updates, it might take a little while to cover the whole range of ZTE Blade Vantage and LG V50 ThinQ devices at Verizon. So, if you don’t want to wait for the update to drop, you could go to Software updates in Settings and manually check for the updates.
