'Important Keepsake' is a Wandering Tales quest in Where Winds Meet. The side-quest involves Lu Dagong, an NPC in the Spring Market, who has lost a few important keepsakes. It's up to you to find them and return them to him. Here's how to go about it.
Location and How to Start
The wandering tale 'Important Keepsake' takes place in Jadewood Court (near Jinming Pool) in Kaifeng Region.
The nearest waypoint is Imperial Works Bureau.
To start the wandering tale, simply make your way to the location above, find the NPC Lu Dagong and talk to him.
Walkthrough
Step 1
Make your way to the quest location and find Lu Dagong.
He will tell you the things that he's lost - a Cloth Pouch and a Cradle Blueprint.
Step 2
In the market, find the thief Qi Wu and use Celestial Seize on him.
Step 3
Seize the item Cradle Blueprint from Qi Wu.
Step 4
Then go to the backside of house at the edge of the river. This is the exact location for it.
There, you'll find the cloth pouch near a few earthen pots.
Step 5
Return to Lu Dagong. Then select Return Item.
Return the Cradle Blueprint.
And return the Cloth Pouch.
