Huawei’s upper mid-range smartphone, Huwei Nova, has landed in South Africa at a price of ZAR R 6999. The phone was launched last year in September with respectable specs punched in a Nexus 6P-like body.
In South Africa, the Huawei Nova phone will be available from all networks.
The phone is equipped with a 5-inch FHD IPS display (1,080 x 1,920 pixels), 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.
The camera on-board comes with pretty decent specs- a 12-megapixel rear camera with 1.25 micron pixels for better low-light shots and it supports 4K video recording. On the front, the device packs an 8MP selfie shooter. To keep the juices flowing there is a 3,080mAh battery.

Not to forget a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board. Given the fact that the Nougat beta update for Huawei Nova is already out, the official stable build should be soon rolling out for the device.
