The Huawei Honor Magic has been officially announced in China, as expected. We’ve got some photos of the device, along with specifications.
This smartphone from the Huawei Honor brand has 5.09-inch 2K (Quad HD) resolution display with curved edges on all four sides. The screen to body ratio is also high, and this phone will compete with the Xiaomi Mi Mix.
We’ve got our hands on some official press images of the phone, and that confirms the rounded edges on all four sides of the Honor Magic. There appears to be a button on the bottom bezel, which most likely houses the fingerprint scanner. By the looks of it, the top and bottom bezels don’t look to be very thin as rumored.
Other specs include, Kirin 950 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, dual 12MP cameras at the back and features Huawei Magic Power, a fast charging tech. More leaked pictures of the device also show that it has face recognition, an AI assistant called Deep Think and more.
There have been some crazy rumors suggesting that the Honor Magic smartphone will not have any camera or speakers on the device itself. Instead, modular attachments will be available to add said features. However, that is not the case here.
