Huawei fans in Malaysia who’ve been eagerly waiting for the latest version of Huawei’s EMUI 5.0 can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Well, at least those who own the Honor 5C can do so, as the smartphone has begun beta testing EMUI 5.0, that comes with Android 7.0 upgrade.
The beta test is carried out to find and report bugs and stability issues within the OS. Of course, this is done so after the initial Alpha testing from within the company. The main concern of the beta test, you could say, is to check for compatibility issues with third party applications. Especially since these issues vary with each user’s use case scenario.
Now that we’re done with the technical jargon, let’s proceed with getting through to the Beta test. To enroll, you will need to register at Huawei’s website first and foremost. It must be noted that Huawei will collect necessary information from the end user relating to bugs and issues and you will need to provide permission to do the same.
