The latest HTC device, the One A9, was certainly interesting enough, if not mind blowing. It ticked certain boxes that required ticking and although you won’t be hell bent on buying the HTC One A9, you still know it’s a to-be-considered device when you recommend an Android to someone.
Anyway, the HTC One A9 is receiving an update in Taiwan today, that brings new software version 1.10.709.9. The update’s size is mere 59.08 MB, so don’t expect any overhaul-effect changes from the update.
It’s a maintenance update, yes, but worth checking out if you happen to use One A9 in Taiwan. It won’t be too much to expect a similar update begin appearing for International One A9 sets in coming few days, or weeks at best.
To check for an update on your One A9, go to its Settings, then About device > Software version. Look for ‘check for update’ button in system updates.
Do share with us your feedback of the update when you have installed it. We’re looking forward to it, especially to know if it’s got some under-the-hood improvements.
