Screenshots are very useful when you want to communicate quickly. You can share a whole conversation with a few pictures or you can screenshot an image from a web search instead of downloading it.

It is especially useful when you want to bypass Twitter’s 140 character restriction. Just open a note taking application and write away to your hearts content. You can attach up to four images in a tweet which is plenty more than 140 characters.

How to take a Screenshot on the Xperia XZs

    1. Open the App screen that you want to capture on your Xperia XZs.
    2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a couple of seconds.
    3. If you see an animation on the screen, that means the screenshot was taken.
    4. If you want to access the screenshot quickly, pull down the notification bar and you’ll see the captured screenshot there.

The screenshot is stored in your gallery. But you can also quickly edit or share it directly from the notification that pops up.

Another cool thing you can do is to take a scrolling screenshot which will let you avoid the hassle of taking multiple screenshots. But you will need to download a separate app to do so.
