Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e are now official. The phones were launched at an Unpacked event yesterday and will begin shipping on March 8th.
As you may have guessed, the Galaxy S10e is the entry-level variant in the series, followed by the S10 and S10+, although the last two mainly differ in terms of size and battery capacity. If interested in any of the three handsets, pre-orders are already open through multiple outlets in the U.S.
Even better is that Samsung lets you trade-in your old phone for up to $550 and top up towards the Galaxy S10 and for all pre-orders placed by March 7th, a free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds will be included in the package (fulfilled by Samsung and not the retailer that sold you the phone). The Buds go for $130.
The table below has links to where you can pre-order any of the Galaxy S10 phones.
Device | Price | Where to pre-order/buy |
Galaxy S10 | $900 (128GB) | $1000 (512GB) | Samsung website, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, Best Buy |
Galaxy S10+ | $1000 (128GB) | $1100 (512GB) | $1200 (1TB) | Samsung website, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, Best Buy |
Galaxy S10e | $750 (128GB) | $800 (256GB) | Samsung website, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, Best Buy |
Note that each of these retailers has an installment plan for all three devices. There are also plenty of offers available, including the aforementioned trade-in program not just from Samsung, but also from major carriers. One of the most notable ones is the inclusion of a free K-pop-themed Fortnite skin modeled after characters from South Korean band iKon, but this one is limited to S10 Plus pre-orders, suggesting that this is the device that Samsung sees as the best in the series for gaming.
