Step 1: Complete Melodies of Peace

Go to Qi Sheng near General's Shrine and exchange oddities to complete Melodies of Peace till 'The Music of Yongping - Final." On completing the Melodies, you get a Bronze Bell Fragment.

Step 2: Reach Peacebell Tower

Qi Sheng reveals that the Demoncalm Bell is broken and needs fixing, so travel to Moonveil Peak's Peacebell Tower to get to the bell.

Step 3: Repair the Demoncalm Bell

Use the construction mode and repair the bell by fixing the Bronze Bell Fragment. After repairing, hear the bell ring and complete the Melodies of Peace.
