What to know
- You can manage email linking from the GRYPHLINE Account Center (web) or (on PS5) from the in-game User Center.
- “Unlink” isn’t always the main option for email; most of the time you’ll be changing the linked email instead.
- On PS5, linking has strict eligibility rules (especially if your PSN account already logged in once).
- Always confirm you can still sign in on your main device before you log out everywhere or switch emails.
Email linking in Endfield is mainly about keeping your login secure and making sure you can access your progress across supported platforms. Depending on where you started (PC/mobile vs PS5), the menu you use and the rules you run into can be different.
How to link your email using the GRYPHLINE Account Center (web)
If you’re playing on PC or mobile (or you created your account via web first), the simplest way is usually through the GRYPHLINE Account Center.
Step 1
Open the official Arknights: Endfield website in a browser and sign in to your GRYPHLINE account.
Step 2
Go to your account options and enter the Account Center (this is where linked credentials like email are managed).
Step 3
Find the linked email section and type the email address you want to bind to the account.
Step 4
Select the option to get a code/verification code, then open your email inbox and copy the code you received.
Step 5
Return to the Account Center and enter the verification code to confirm the email is reachable.
Step 6
Enter your account password (and confirm it if prompted) to finalize the email link.
Step 7
Do a quick safety check: log out and confirm you can log back in using the expected method(s) before you close the browser or remove any other login method.
How to link an email on PlayStation 5 (and when it will fail)
PS5 linking is more rule-driven than most people expect, mainly because the first time a PSN account logs into the game, a GRYPHLINE account is automatically created for it. That affects what you can link later.
What “account linking” means on PS5
Account linking between PSN and a GRYPHLINE account allows the two platforms to share the same game progress and data (as long as you’re on the same server). After linking, you can use the GRYPHLINE account on iOS/Android/PC and keep the same progress you have on PS5 (server rules still apply).
PS5 linking requirements (the two allowed conditions)
A PSN account and a GRYPHLINE account can be linked if at least one of these is true:
- The PSN account has never logged into the game, or
- The email address has never been registered with a GRYPHLINE account.
If neither is true, linking is blocked.
How to link on PS5: two real scenarios
Scenario 1: You already play on PC/mobile and want that progress on PS5
This only works if your PSN account has never logged into the game before.
Step 1
On PlayStation, launch the game for the first time with a PSN account that has never logged into Endfield.
Step 2
When the on-screen linking prompt appears during first login, enter the email of your existing GRYPHLINE account to link.
Step 3
Do not skip the prompt. If you skip it and choose quick login, the PSN account auto-registers a new GRYPHLINE account, and linking to your existing GRYPHLINE email becomes impossible afterward.
Scenario 2: You already play on PS5 and want to link to an email for cross-platform login
This only works if the email you want to link has never been registered as a GRYPHLINE account.
Step 1
Log into the game on PS5.
Step 2
Go to Settings → Platform & Account → User Center → Link Email.
Step 3
Link an email address that is not registered with a GRYPHLINE account.
Step 4
Once linking finishes, you should be able to use that GRYPHLINE account on other supported platforms (on the same server) while keeping the same progress.
How to check which email is linked (PS5)
Step 1
After logging into the game, go to Settings → Platform & Account → User Center.
Step 2
View the linked email information shown there.
How to change your linked email (official “change email” flow)
If your goal is “unlink my email,” what you usually want in practice is changing your linked email from one inbox to another, so your account remains secure and reachable.
Step 1
Go to the GRYPHLINE Account Center and log in with your current account.
Step 2
Click Change Email, then request a verification code.
The code is sent to your currently linked email address.
Step 3
Enter the verification code.
Step 4
Enter the new email address you want to link.
Step 5
Request a code for the new email (if prompted) and complete the process to finish the switch.
If you no longer have access to the old email
If you can’t access your old email, the recommended approach is:
- First, contact your email provider for recovery options.
- If that fails, contact Endfield/GRYPHLINE support and be ready to provide:
- Your GRYPHLINE Account ID
- The email currently linked to the account
- The new email you want to link
- A screenshot or video of your Account Center
- Any proof of account ownership you have
How to unlink PSN after linking (PS5-specific)
Unlinking PSN is possible from the GRYPHLINE Account User Center, but there’s an important limitation:
- Each account can only unlink once.
Because you get only one unlink, treat it like a “one-time reset lever” and don’t use it unless you’re sure you’re linking to the correct long-term account setup.
Troubleshooting: the issues that most often stop linking
Issue: You’re trying to link an email that’s already a GRYPHLINE account (PS5)
If your PSN account already logged into the game, you can only link an email that is not registered as a GRYPHLINE account. If the email is already registered, linking is blocked.
What to do:
- Use a different email that has never been registered as a GRYPHLINE account, or
- If your goal is to use that specific email, you may need to change the linked email on the existing GRYPHLINE account first (so that email is “released”), then retry with an eligible email.
Issue: You skipped the first-login PSN linking pop-up
The linking pop-up appears only on the first login. If you skip it, it won’t appear again, and a new GRYPHLINE account will be automatically created for that PSN account.
What to do:
- If you needed Scenario 1 (existing PC/mobile progress → PS5), you generally must use a PSN account that has never logged into the game and complete linking at first launch.
Issue: You’re mixing server progress expectations
Progress is shared across platforms only within the same server, and PS5 server assignment is automatic based on PSN region with no manual server selection.
What to do:
- Confirm which server your PS5 is assigned to (based on your PSN region) and make sure you’re trying to use the same server on other platforms.
The safest way to link or switch emails in Arknights Endfield
Use the Account Center when you want to manage email cleanly, and use PS5’s User Center only when your account/email meets the PSN linking eligibility rules. If what you really want is to “unlink,” prefer changing to a new email you control so you don’t weaken account recovery or lock yourself out.
