How Never-Delay Feather drops work
Never-Delay Feather is a special progression item introduced with the January 9, 2026 update. You do not pick it up manually or exchange it from an NPC. Instead, it is awarded automatically after qualifying boss clears, provided all conditions are met.
Key rules to remember:
- You must be playing with at least one teammate
- The boss must be defeated in Hero’s Realm or Sword Trial
- Guild Hero’s Realm and Joint Battle do not count
- At least one teammate must claim the Energy reward after the fight

Unlocking Promise Keeper is only the first milestone. Continuing to earn Never-Delay Feathers will:

There is no reset requirement or manual upgrade screen—progress continues automatically as long as you keep meeting the conditions.
