The Week 10 Trials in ARC Raiders are relatively easy to do. In fact, you can do all of them and gain 3-stars in no more than 2 matches. Of course, there are a few tricks you need to employ. If you're pressed for time and want to get 3-stars for all ARC Raiders trails for week 10, here's how to go about it.
Complete all week 10 trials in 2 matches and get 3-stars quickly
All five trials for week 10 can be completed separately. But depending on your method, these can take some time. To save time, here's how you can do all 5 quickly and rack up enough points for 3-stars for each.
Four of these - Throw snowballs at Rocketeers, Damage flying ARC enemies, Open ARC Probes, and Destroy Fireballs - can be competed on the same map, ideally Buried City. For 'Deal damage to Shredders', you'll need to switch to do a night raid on the Stella Montis map.
Throw snowballs at Rocketeers
To get 3-stars, you'll need to throw 16 snowballs at the Rocketeers, which can get tedious after a while. To speed it up, here's what you should do:
Step 1
Gather snowballs. You can either gather them beforehand.
Or, if you find piles of snow, the snowballs will spawn regularly. So you don't have to store them. Simply pick and throw.
Step 2
Find a rocketeer and shoot down two of its thrusters on any one side. This can be on the left, or the right, the front or the back.
Do not shoot any other part, or it will get explode.
Step 3
With the thrusters turned off on one side, it will fall to the ground without exploding.
Step 4
Now is your chance to hurl as many snowballs at it as you want.
Note that hitting the rocketeer with a snowball deals it 1 damage. So there's a slight chance that throwing snowballs could damage it enough to destroy it. But more often than not, you can get in your 16 snowballs and earn your 3 stars.
Damage flying ARC enemies
ARC enemies include Snitches, Wasps, Hornets, and Rocketeers. Here's how to go about damaging them efficiently.
Step 1
If the snowballs don't destroy the rocketeer, you can shoot it and destroy it. This will gain you some points for 'Damage flying ARC enemies'.
Step 2
Get to a high vantage point.
Step 3
Shoot down a snitch.
Step 4
This will cause the wasps and the hornets to come your way. Then shoot them down as well.
Open ARC Probes
Step 1
While you're on top of a building, look out for plumes of smoke. This signals the location of ARC probes.
If there's an ARC Probe nearby, they'll appear on your map as well.
Step 2
If you find any ARC Probes, go to its location.
Step 3
Open and loot the ARC Probes. You need to do it 3 times to get 3 stars.
You don't always have to be the one to breach. If someone has done so already, simply open and loot it and the points will count.
Destroy Fireballs
You need to destroy 6 fireballs to get 3 stars. Here's how:
Step 1
Go to the underground area with the metros near Grandioso Apartments.
Step 2
You'll find a lot of fireballs spawn here to destroy.
Step 2
In Cold Snap, the metro area is open. All metros have four entrances, all of which will spawn fireballs.
So once all the fireballs are eliminated in one area of the metro, you can call the train, get to the other side.
Step 3
Now start eliminating fireballs there.
You shouldn't have any problem finding and destroying the 6 fireballs you need to gain 3 stars.
Tip: You can also find fireballs in other buildings and Buried City is a good map for fireballs in general.
Deal damage to Shredders (Stella Montis night raid)
Now, you'll have to destroy 6 Shredders on Stella Montis. But if you do the night raid, you only have to kill 3. It is also better since it can be hard to find them in day time (especially when everyone is killing shredders for the trials).
Shredders spawn in the lobby, Sandbox area of the map. You'll also find one in the Loading Bay metro and the Seed Vault area, as well as few in Cultural Archives.
There are many ways to kill Shredders. You can come equipped with Snap Blast Grenades (or find explosives on the map). The synthesized fuel also works great as a makeshift explosive.
The Anvil or the Il Torro are perfect loadouts for this trial. Looting Shredders also gives you shotgun ammo so you don't have to bring a whole lot.
The best strategy to killing Shredders is to find cover while engaging with them. Get in a few good shots. And when the Shredder is about to shoot, take cover. You'll get enough time to get in your shots. So don't panic while destroying one. Rinse and repeat until they're destroyed.
