In Green Hell, Bamboo Armor sits at a practical midpoint in Green Hell’s survival curve. You craft it once you’ve explored far enough to find bamboo stands, and it rewards you with solid defense against predators, hostile tribes, and environmental damage. Here's how to go about crafting bamboo armor.

Materials required to craft bamboo armor

  • Banana Leaf - x1
  • Bamboo Sticks - x3
  • Rope - x2

You’ll need to repeat this recipe separately for each body part you want to protect.

Once you know where bamboo grows, it becomes one of the most reliable armor options before late-game gear, offering a balance of defense, durability, and accessibility.
