How to craft a door in Hytale

Follow the steps given below to craft a door in Hytale.

Gather Raw Materials

Before you start crafting, you need to collect the basic building blocks of Hytale:

• Tree Trunks: Chop down trees to collect at least 10 logs.
• Stone: Mine stone blocks from the environment to collect at least 6 pieces.

Craft a Builder's Workbench

Crafting a door requires a specific progression of tools. You will first need to craft a Standard workbench. For this, press Tab to open your pocket crafting menu. Use 4 tree trunks and 3 stone to craft a Workbench.

Once you have a workbench, press F to open it.

Select the Builder's Workbench icon. You will need 6 tree trunks and 3 stone to craft this.

Crafting the Door

Once your Builder's Workbench is placed, press F to open the Builder's Workbench menu.

Place your chosen logs into the Input slot.

The menu will show various wooden items you can now create. Select Crude Door and click Craft.

Once your new door is in your inventory, equip the door and Right-Click on the ground or a doorframe to install it.

Press F while looking at the door to open or close it.
