You will begin at the Bloodscale Hall in Kaifeng Roaring Sands. You have to obtain the rusted key from Liang Xiaobo to start the quest.

Steps to complete How Deep the Sorrow
Here is how you can complete the How Deep the Sorrow wandering tale in Where Winds Meet:
Step 1: Reach the High Ground
Use the location indicator to reach the higher ground of the hall, and explore the area.

Step 2: Find Liang Xiaobo
Climb to the top of the hut on the left. From here, you can see Liang Xiaobo. From here, you will find him in the lower area of the hall.

Step 3: Obtain the Rusted Key
To obtain the rusted key, use the Celestial Seize skill from Liang Xiaobo.

Step 4: Enter the bedroom
After obtaining the key, continue towards the high ground using the location indicator. You will enter a room with a small chest.

Step 5: Open the box
Open the box. You will find it filled with memories from each day.

Step 6: Reach the hut top
Come down from the bedroom and follow the path on the right. Take the first right and enter the building. Explore the area, and you will see the location indicator appear again. Follow it to reach the same hut from step 2.
You will not find Liang Xiaobo there this time.

Step 7: Talk to Jiang Yang and Pan Saniang
Speak with Jiang Yan and Pan Saniang. You tell them everything you saw and heard in the secret chamber. Select Hall Master loves to see you laugh when prompted. This conversation will complete the quest.
