To install it on your phone you must have a deodexed system ROM. Below are instructions quoted from the developer:

CWM install zip:
Bell_Honeycomb_v1_CWM.zip

Installation:
First you need to have deodexed your system files. This can be done by following the instructions in this thread: [script] Deodexed files for Bell

1. Download the CWM zip
2. Place the still compressed zip onto your SD card
3. Boot into recovery and install
