Oppo’s mid-range smartphone, the Oppo R11, has cleared WiFi Alliance certification hinting that the Chinese OEM is gearing up to release it outside China. As such it is safe to assume that the Oppo R11 is inching closer to its launch in India and Europe as well as other markets.
Oppo R11, also known as Oppo CPH1707, has been listed by WiFi Alliance. The phone was officially unveiled on June 17th in China alongside the Oppo R11 Plus. Even after a month of its release, the phone has gone up for sale only in China and Taiwan.

But with the WiFi certification tag, now the device is all set to make an appearance in markets outside China as well. In China, the Oppo R11 is being offered at 2999 Yuan ($440) in Gold, Rose Gold, Heat Red and Black colors. The Heat Red variant is being sold in partnership with French cosmetic brand Guerlain and is priced at 3199 Yuan ($470).
Oppo R11, like its predecessor, is a camera phone which boasts of a 20MP+16MP dual camera on the back and a 20MP selfie camera. The smartphone features a 5.5 1080p display, 4GB of RAM, Snapdragon 660 SoC and Android 7.1 Nougat. The lights are kept on by a 3000mAh battery.
