Deliver the letter to Zhang Cuo and have a drink with him. HeF can be found standing on a small boulder in Heavenfall.

Head to the marked location below and speak with Er Ma, the fish vendor who serves as the informant.

Step 4

Speak with Er Ma again when you're ready to begin. You can first gather equipment before heading in.

Follow Er Ma through Heavenfall Crossing until you arrive at Swallow Hut, then speak with him.
