Search for circular Raider Hatch structures with visible steam or leaking fluid.

Circle around the hatch structure and find a section of pipe emitting steam or fluid. When the repair prompt appears, interact and hold to fix the leak.

Once the Hatch is repaired, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation, and the quest will update as completed. Return to the Security Room and claim you rewards.
