Location
Great Hero's Trial takes place in the Bamboo Abode area, specifically in the North Bamboo Grove in Verdant Wilds, Qinghe. The nearest teleport waypoint is Bamboo Retreat.
From there, the quest is about 200 meters north near the waters.
Walkthrough
Step 1
Make your way to the location given above.
Step 2
Here, you'll find the little girl Rongrong. Talk to her.
She will talk about the Great Hero's Secret Tome, for which one must complete three trials.
Step 3
Head right past the pavilion and go straight.
Chop down the tree here and collect the 'Proof' tag.
Step 4
Next, go to the Northern Bamboo Grove.
Climb the hill here.
Shoot down the bird circling overhead and collect the 'Of' Tag.
Step 5
Finally, make your way near the shoreline near the shrine.
Climb the wooden tower.
At the top, collect the 'Hero' tag.
Step 6
Finally, return to Rongrong. Select Give.
And give her the three tags - 'Proof' 'Of' 'Hero'.
This marks the completion of the Great Hero's Trial (Wandering Tales) in Where Winds Meet.
