The Play Store was updated just 8 days ago to 7.9.30, but Google has seen the need to update it again in a few days. The new Play Store update, issued today, brings the version number to 7.9.52 and is in play for all devices, including Android Wear and Android TV.
Apart from being an update “for all Android devices,” we’re not seeing anything. We give credit to tipsters, though, so inform us and we’ll be glad to give you a sentence or two of acknowledgment.
Google has updated the Play Store five times in the last few weeks to v.7.8.15, v.7.8.40, v.7.8.74, v.7.9.30 a week ago, and now, v.7.9.52.
You can grab the new APK for the newest Play Store version by visiting link below. To install (guide), head to Settings, Security, then allow apps from “Unknown Sources.” Now, tap on the APK file you downloaded, using a file manager, or Chrome’s downloads tab under options.
You can always re-enable your security there when done, but you’ll need to allow unknown sources until the APK is installed. Finally download it in your file manager by clicking on the link below.
