Google has started making its Veo 3 video generation model available to Gemini users around the world. The rollout covers more than 159 countries, allowing a wide range of users to access the new video creation tool.

Veo 3 lets you generate short videos by entering text prompts. Each video can be up to 8 seconds long. This feature is currently limited to subscribers of Google's AI Pro plan. If you have this plan, you can create up to three videos per day using the new model.

Google first introduced Veo 3 in May. The company says it is working on expanding the tool's capabilities. In the future, you may be able to generate videos from images as well, but this feature is not yet available.

For now, Veo 3 offers a way for Gemini users to quickly create short videos using only text descriptions. The rollout is part of Google's ongoing efforts to add more advanced AI features to its products for paying customers.
