Gionee has launched yet another entry-level smartphone in India called the Gionee X1. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 8,999 and will be available across all the major retails stores in the country.
The Gionee X1 features a 5.0-inch Full HD display and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor. It packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard which is further expandable up to 256GB via an external microSD card.
As for the imaging department, the Gionee X1 features an 8MP camera alongside another 8MP camera on the front which takes care of selfies and video calls.

In terms of connectivity, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi among other standard options.
The Gionee X1 runs Android 7.0 Nougat straight out of the box which is based on the company’s Amigo 4.0 UI. The entire package is backed by a 3,000mAh battery.
