Step 1: Travel to Lord Kato’s Estate
When you accept the bounty, a yellow marker will appear in Matsumae Residences. Head there to find a man in front of the estate who explains that Lord Kato is absent and that the Oni Raiders have been spotted.
Step 2: Go to Oni Raiders’ Camp
The next marker shifts to the Oshima Coast Entrance region. You can fast travel close, then backtrack along the road northwards to reach a locked gate area where a group of Oni Raiders stand.
You’ll have to fight them. Be sure to take out all raiders (not just the armored ones) in that area to progress.
Step 3: Return to Lord Kato’s Estate
After clearing the camp, fast travel back (or return on foot) to Lord Kato’s estate. Talk to the NPC in blue robes positioned near the front gate. Then enter the building behind them.
