The Quiet Valley Hot Spring in Ghost of Yotei is a serene spot where the protagonist Atsu can relax, receive a permanent maximum health boost by bathing, and even play some music to attract wild horses. It’s a hidden location nestled within the Huranui Cliffs area of the Tokachi Range, northwest of Huranui's Rest Inn and near the Saito Encampment.

How to locate the Quiet Valley Hot Spring
Step 1: Start at Saito Encampment
Begin from the Saito Encampment in the Tokachi Range.

Head west past the white flower fields visible on the map near this area, moving towards the northwestern direction aiming for the cliffs in the Huranui region.

Step 2: Look for landmark trees and steam
Search for the short bonsai-shaped trees with red leaves which mark the hot spring's location. Steam rising from the hot spring pool is also a good visual indicator on the cliffs.

Step 3: Navigate the cliffs carefully
The hot spring lies on a cliff ledge, climb safely down or across the cliffs. Make the descent or traverse ledges toward the hot spring.

Step 4: Arrive at the hot spring and interact
Once reaching the pool, interact with the hot spring to allow Atsu to bathe and reflect, which grants the health boost.

The note here encourages playing Atsu’s shamisen song to attract wild horses that join her bath, adding to the peaceful experience.

Hot springs in Ghost of Yotei let Atsu rest and reflect, and doing so rewards her with a permanent increase to maximum health. Finding all 16 hot springs is also tied to the Body, Mind, and Spirit trophy.
