How to unlock Muneji the Bone Crusher bounty
Step 1: Reach the bounty board
Travel to the Yotei Shadow Inn (also known as Old Inn) in the Yotei Grasslands region.
Step 2: Locate the bounty board
Find the bounty board positioned outside the inn, next to Kojiro the Bounty Broker.
Step 3: Accept the bounty
Interact with the bounty board and select "Muneji the Bone Crusher" from the available options. The bounty becomes available immediately without any prerequisite requirements, making it accessible early in Chapter 1.
Step 4: Track the target
Once accepted, the bounty appears on your map with a general area marker. Use the tracking system to follow the wind indicator toward Shirahige Falls in the southeast corner of Yotei Grasslands.

Step 1: Eliminate outer perimeter guards
Begin by targeting guards at the main entrance. Use your bow and prioritize the watchtower guards first, or eliminate guards one by one with your sword.
Step 2: Find the fence opening
Locate the gap in the fence on the eastern side of the compound. This entry point provides direct access to the inner compound while avoiding the heavily guarded main gate.
Confronting Muneji the Bone Crusher
Step 1: Locate the target in the center
Find Muneji positioned in the middle of the compound. He serves as the camp leader and remains in the central area until confronted. Eliminate other guards in the compound before engaging with Muneji.
Step 2: Eliminate Muneji
If Muneji wields a sword, use your standard katana. When he uses a spear, switch to dual katana for better effectiveness against his reach advantage. Watch for opportunities to disarm Muneji during combat.
Securing the compound and claiming rewards
Step 1: Eliminate remaining resistance
After defeating Muneji, clear out any surviving Saito soldiers in the compound. The bounty requires complete elimination of all enemies in the area.

After defeating the last enemy, a sequence will play, finalizing the Muneji's fall.
Step 3: Receive the Crushing Hebi Sword Kit
The Settler will give you one of the rewards, the Crushing Hebi Sword Kit, upon completion.
Step 4: Return to Kojiro the Bounty Broker and collect rewards
Travel back to Yotei Shadow Inn and speak with Kojiro to officially complete the bounty. Only after this conversation does the bounty count as finished. Receive 2,000 coins upon completion.
