Location

The Ghost Master appears in the Mistveil Forest, part of the Kaifeng region.

The nearest teleport point is East Mistveil Forest. From this point, go straight, past the guards (you don't have to engage them), over the bridge and to the boss location.

Once there, the Ghost Master roams the area as a World Boss, meaning it is not tied to the campaign story.

Ghost Master Fight Mechanics

Like most World Bosses in Where Winds Meet, the Ghost Master's encounter unfolds across two distinct phases.

Phase 1

In phase one, Ghost Master initiates combat with medium-paced blade slashes telegraphed by red glowing animations. These attacks create parry opportunities—timing perfect parries correctly triggers counterattack windows where the boss becomes vulnerable to damage.

The boss occasionally unleashes wider arc swings that telegraph unblockable golden attacks.

Between attack combinations, she summons smaller ghost entities that apply minor pressure but distract from the primary threat.

Phase 2
