Samsung’s latest tablet, the Galaxy Tab S3 has just cleared FCC and is on its way to the Chinese, Taiwanese, and the Hong Kong market. Akin to its predecessor, Galaxy Tab S2 (SM-T815C), the Galaxy Tab S3 comes with the model number SM-T825C for the aforesaid markets.
Samsung had announced the Galaxy Tab S3 for the German market just yesterday and may announce the tablet for China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong shortly. Interestingly, the South Korean tech giant is giving away Back Cover keyboards for free for users who pre-order the tablet before March 24 in Germany. It remains to be seen whether Samsung would come up with similar offers for the said markets as well, but nothing’s wrong with some hope, right?

Anyway, coming back to the Galaxy Tab S3, it reminds me of the Galaxy S7 only with a bigger footprint and support for other accessories. It flaunts a 9.7-inch QXGA Super AMOLED display which is HDR ready. Under-the-hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable (up to 256GB) storage space.
The tablet runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and is backed by a massive 6,000mAh battery. It also has a 13MP camera at the back for photography enthusiasts. A 5MP shooter finds a place for itself on the front for selfies and video calls.
A specific launch date for the markets mentioned above is still unknown. But we will keep you posted should something solid surface online.
