T-Mobile just declared it’s gonna release its version of Galaxy SII on October 12, with pre-order starting on Oct 10 — same dates as of HTC Amaze 4G, btw. Price of T-Mobile’s S2 is set at $299.99 (with $50 as mail-in-rebate) on a 2 year contract.
Pricing is higher than usual $200 tag, at which Sprint’s Galaxy S2 Epic Touch 4G is selling too, but we can’t say it will fall down soon since Galaxy S2 is the device people have been waiting for so long.
The T-Mobile’s version of Galaxy SII sports a 4.52 inch Super AMOLED Plus display that the whole world is growing fan of, and similar to HTC Amaze 4G, has 1.5 GHz dual-core processor to boot. That apart, it’s got 8 MP rear camera, 2 MP front facing cam for video chatting, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, Android 2.3.4, etc but is very slim at just 9mm of thickness.
So, if you’re at T-Mobile and are looking to buy a phone, which one would you buy between HTC Amaze 4G and Samsung’s much loved Galaxy S2?
