Samsung has started rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat for the Galaxy On Nxt devices in India. The update arrives with firmware number G610FXXU1BQH8 and weighs 1139.63MB.

Other than the usual Nougat features such as multi-window, better battery optimization, etc. the Nougat update for Galaxy On Nxt also brings the Dual Messenger feature.

Samsung launched the Dual Messenger feature this year. It came preinstalled on devices such as Galaxy A (2017) and Galaxy J (2017) series earlier this year and lets you use two accounts on one single app.

Just last week, Samsung rolled out Nougat update for the Galaxy J7 Prime (2016). However, the Dual Messenger feature didn’t make it to that one.

Since the update weighs 1139.63MB, it is recommended to download the update on a Wi-Fi network. Also, your smartphone should have more than 50% battery while installing the update.

If you haven’t received the update yet, go to Settings – About and tap “Software update”. The update also brings improved quick settings, notifications, and a bunch of bug fixes.
