Galaxy Note 7 release date: August 16 for Netherlands while September 2 for France

Update (July 30, 2016): Rumors speak of August 19 release date in US, at all major US carriers like T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and US Cellular. It should be noted that right after Note 7 is unveiled in New York on August 2, the handset will become available for pre-order the very next day, on August 3, followed by retail stores availability of August 19 — and that’s the date when pre-orders should start shipping too.

As we inch closer to Galaxy Note 7 release, rumors have begun surfacing pointing to exact-ish launch of the device specific to region. Today, we hear that the Note 7 could launch on August 16 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Apart from that, the France could see the Note 7 hit shelves on September 2!

Samsung has officially confirmed that it will be unveiling a new handset on August 2, with its pamphlet featuring an S-Pen, the no. 7 and an eye-impression-giving circle of coral blue color, in which color we’ve seen Note 7 leaks many a times now.

So, yes, the Galaxy Note 7 will be unveiled on August 3 for sure, and that there will be no Galaxy Note 6 this time around. Apart from the numerous Note 7 leaks featuring the device’s body build, rumors have been floating around pitting the expected date the device would hit the stores as something happening after two weeks of unveiling.

Today’s rumored date of August 16 lines up well with the rumored 14-days-later release of the Note 7, once it’s off the hook on August 2.
