Just a few days ago we reported that Samsung had revisited the manufacturing lab and made some design and hardware changes on the Galaxy Note 10.1, the tablet successor to the Galaxy Note shown off at the Mobile World Congress this year. The dual-core Exynos processor got updated to a quad-core Exynos one, and the S Pen was slimmed down and a slot to the tablet had been added to house the S Pen.

The changes have now been confirmed thanks a two-part unofficial hands-on video of the Galaxy Note 10.1 uploaded by YouTube user . The processor is a 1.4 GHz quad-core Exynos chipset (probably the Exynos 4 Quad found on the Galaxy S3) and the screen resolution remains the same as the Note i.e 1280×800. Oh, and it seems to be another case of “inspired by nature and made for humans” philosophy here, as the back cover has been given a metallic blue finish, another thing taken from the Galaxy S3.

The S Pen (which also got an upgrade), the hardware and the Photoshop Touch app (demonstrated in use with the S Pen in the videos) are “reasons enough to get the device” according to Leiche and I must say I have to agree, and I’m sure you’ll agree as well.

So, check out the two videos below to see the Galaxy Note 10.1 in action. Like it? Don’t like it (not sure that’s possible)? Let us know in the comments!
