Samsung has launched a new device in Thailand known as Galaxy J5 Pro. You could say the new device is the pro sibling of Galaxy J5 (2017), which was launched recently.

The new device differs from the Galaxy J5 2017 in terms of RAM and internal memory. The rest of the specifications are same for both the devices.

Galaxy J5 Pro features Exynos 7870 SoC with octa-core 1.6GHz processor and Mali-T830MP2 GPU. Similar to Galaxy J5 2017, it sports a 5.2-inch HD display.

Galaxy J5 Pro is equipped with 3GB RAM and 32GB memory unlike Galaxy J5 2017, which features 2GB RAM only. Galaxy J5 Pro runs on Android Nougat (7.0) and is equipped with 3,000mAh battery.

In the camera area, Galaxy J5 Pro features a 13MP rear as well as 13MP front camera. It is a dual SIM device with a front fingerprint sensor.

The dual SIM LTE Galaxy J5 Pro has been launched in Thailand for THB 9,990 ($295).
