Galaxy J3 Pro launched in India, priced INR 8,490

Expanding the popular J series in India, Samsung has launched a new budget smartphone in the country called Galaxy J3 Pro. Priced at Rs 8490, Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro will be exclusively up for purchase on Paytm Mall starting April 6th. Paytm Mall is a mobile app and online shopping portal.

Galaxy J3 Pro was officially launched last year in China. It has now been made available in India and is expected to be released in other regions pretty soon.

Galaxy J3 Pro sports a 5-inch HD display with 720×1280 pixel resolution. Powered by 1.5 GHz Quad Core processor, the phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

It packs in 2GB RAM and 16GB native memory which is expandable upto 128GB using a microSd card. On the imaging front we have a 8MP back camera with f2.2 aperture and a 5MP selfie snapper. Power comes courtesy a 2600mAh battery on the dual SIM J3 Pro phone.

Galaxy J3 Pro is Samsung’s first online exclusive product and will be shipped with pre-installed Ultra Data Saving (UDS) mode and S bike Mode, unique ‘Make in India’ features. It will be available in three color options of gold, black, and white.
