The Samsung Galaxy C5 is finally getting the taste of Android Nougat. An update is hitting the C5 in China right now. It upgrades to phone to Android 7.0 Nougat via an OTA update.
If you’re living in China and own the Galaxy C5, then you should soon see the update notification. The software version for the Nougat update is C5000ZCU1BQJ2. Users have been waiting a long time for this update to arrive.
The Galaxy C5 was originally a China only exclusive released in 2016, but then it was released in Hong Kong and other regions as well. This is a budget mid-level smartphone that came pre-installed with Android Marshmallow.

As of now, this update is only rolling out for users in China, since it was originally only meant for the Chinese market. Before installing the update, make sure that the device has more than 50 percent charge and is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
