Walkthrough

Follow the steps below to complete the Forging Under Pressure quest:

Step 1

Head to Miner Fred’s shop and purchase an Iron Pickaxe for 500 Gold.

Step 2

Head inside The Cave.

Step 3

Use the Iron Pickaxe to mine Rocks or Pebbles and collect ores—you’ll need 35 ores to complete this objective.

Step 4

Locate and kill three zombies inside the cave to complete the next objective.

Step 5

After gathering 35 ores and defeating the three zombies, return to the Forge in Stonewake's Cross and interact with it to progress the quest.

Step 6

Forge any three items by inserting the required ores and completing the mini-game. For the first mini-game, use your mouse to drag the pump and move it up and down to blow air into the forge.

Step 7

For the next mini-game, hold and release the mouse button at the right moments to keep the silver bar within the yellow zone.

Step 8

For the final mini-game, press the mouse button precisely when the circle appears. Successful hits completes the forge, and your timing directly determines the item’s craft quality.

Step 9

Repeat the process to craft two more items to complete the objective.

Step 10

Speak with Sensei Moro standing next to the Forge to complete this quest.
