To start this quest, go to the marked spot in Ever-Normal Granary, Kaifeng, and speak with Xue Ping, who is standing with a child beside a guard.

Walkthrough

Follow the steps below to complete the Ever-Normal Granary quest:

Step 1

Speak with Xue Ping to start the quest.

Step 2

Head to the Autumn Dusk Dwelling and speak with Shen Yilun, the Master of Grain.

Step 3

Give Shen Yilun’s token to the guard outside Ever-Normal Granary to gain entry. Once inside, go straight ahead and speak with Li Shoujie.

Step 4

Enter the Granary and inspect the two marked spots inside to trigger a cutscene leading to a mini boss fight.

Step 5

Carefully defeat Li Shoujie and his goons to progress.

Step 6

Go to the marked location by clearing the enemies or running past them. Enter the tower and climb the ladder.

Step 7

After climbing the ladder, jump out the window and defeat the guards along the way. Continue climbing until you reach the top.

Step 8

Defeat all the guards, then use the lift to descend further into the Granary.

Step 9

After exiting the lift, defeat all enemies and proceed to the quest marker.

Step 10

Activate the lever to open the gate and continue forward.

Step 11

Defeat the enemies along and way and keep progressing until you reach the Blue foggy area.

Use the Fire Arrows to burn the Dawn-to-Dusk Blossom flowers to clear the way.

Shoot the Dawn-to-Dusk Blossom flowers on the left with Fire Arrows to lower the bridge and cross.

Do the same to reach across once again.

Finally, jump onto the wooden platform and continue forward by following the voice.

Defeat all enemies to rescue Chen Zhifeng, then speak with him.

Activate the lock to open the door, then take the lift downstairs.

Go around the back and climb up to activate the Water Wheel.

After activating the Water Wheel, quickly shoot the three Dawn-to-Dusk Blossom flowers to open the path forward.

After reaching the large floating island, use Wind Sense to locate all the Dawn-to-Dusk Blossom flowers and shoot them with Fire Arrows to rescue Shen Yilun.

Step 23

Speak with Shen Yilun and follow him to the secret passage.

Step 24

Head towards the tree infront to trigger a cutscene leading to the Zheng E boss fight.

Step 25

Carefully defeat Zheng E by dodging and countering at the right moments, using openings to deal heavy damage. Once his health is depleted once, Phase 2 will begin.

Step 26

Defeating Zheng E again ends the fight and the story progresses.

Step 27

Speak with Zheng E, who is sitting on the ground, to exit the area.

Step 28

Wait two days—or fast-forward using the clock—then speak with Zheng E to complete the quest.

• Use Fire Arrows efficiently to burn the Dawn-to-Dusk Blossom buds blocking the path; timing is important as these buds regrow quickly.
