Last week we had published an article about a One-Click tool to root the Sony Tablet S.  XDA developer condi has further modified this tool and released an updated version. This new version incorporates additional tweaks to simplify and fully automate the rooting process, making life easier for Sony Tablet S owners who are looking to root their device.

By rooting your android device, you lose the warranty. But you can get it back by flashing an official firmware back, or simply using an unroot tool (if available, of course) to remove the root access from device.

Also, it’s not recommended to install OTA (over-the-air) updates when you android device is rooted. So, if and when you get an update notification on your Tablet S, resist the urge to install it. In case you want to install the update, unroot it or install a stock firmware back, and then go for OTA. So, take care of that, even when that OTA update is that of Ice Cream Sandwich.
