Location

Dust on the Rhombus Mirror is a main quest in Qinghe region. It comes immediately after Cleaning Up the Mess - another main quest.

The nearest teleport point is Blissful Retreat.

Walkthrough

Step 1

Complete the mini quest Cleaning Up the Mess in Qinghe region.

Step 2

After speaking with Aunt Han (who then leaves), speak with Ruby.

This will trigger travel to Bamboo Abode.

Step 3

Climb up to the roof and talk to Yi Dao.

Step 4

Then go and talk to Ruby again.

Step 5

Wait as the cutscene takes you to your next destination.

Step 6

Bid Ruby farewell.

Step 7

The next mini quest - Resolution - will begin. This is also part of the Dust in the Rhombus Mirror main quest.

Go and bid Doudou farewell.

Step 8

Go and join the banquet.

Step 9

After this, your quest marker may say - Wait for developments. This means that you can't progress any further until you reached Level 21.

You can do this by exploring the jianghu, to gain exploration through World Exploration, Wandering Paths, and other modes.

Bidding farewell to Ruby and Doudou will also lead to the next mini quest - Parting Ways.

Step 10

Once you reach Level 21, the quest marker will update. You will have to retrieve your belongings from the Sweetwine Tower.

Make your way to the Sweetwine Tower. Take the ladder down.

Step 11

Take the steps and keep going down.

Step 12

At the end of the final set of stairs will be a rope. Walk on it and cross the chasm.

Step 13

Behind the rocks near the water will be the secret haven's key

Step 14

On the left, cross the water, go up the rocks, and squeeze through.

Step 15

Get down to the moving platform and Descend.

Step 16

Push open the gate and enter the secret haven.

Step 17

Walk down the incline and open the chests.

Step 18

Go to the shelf and Put Away.

Step 19

Go to the side chamber and select Take Down.

Open all the chests on your way out.

Step 20

Return the way you came.

Return to the house at Blissful Retreat.

Step 21

Go inside and write the letter before you depart.

After the cutscene, the quest will end.

This brings an end to the main quest, Dust in the Rhombus Mirror, which is the third part of the larger chapter, Heaven Has No Pier.
